Where do you ship from? We work with trusted fulfillment partners around the world. Depending on the product, your order may ship from the U.S., Europe, or Asia.

How long does shipping take? Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location but generally take 7–15 business days.

Will I get a tracking number? Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can keep an eye on its journey.

Why did I receive only part of my order? To get your items to you faster, some products may ship separately from different fulfillment centers.

Do you offer returns or exchanges? Because our products are made-to-order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there’s a problem, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

What if my item arrives damaged? Please send us a photo and your order number within 7 days of receiving the item, and we’ll make it right!

Can I cancel or change my order? We begin processing orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once an order is in production, we may not be able to cancel it.
